Job Summary:
Manage all aspects of SBA customer relationships, including business development, risk management, operations, underwriting, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Originate SBA loans, equipment leasing, and ABL financing for small businesses nationwide.
* Develop relationships with customers and brokers.
* Generate leads through networking and referrals.
* Expand market penetration and promote the bank’s lending philosophy.
* Develop marketing and sales strategies.
* Manage loan applications, underwriting, and credit presentations.
* Identify credit opportunities and provide funding solutions.
* Coordinate loan funding and achieve annual production goals.
* Utilize Salesforce and other origination systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of sales experience in financial services.
* Strong SBA industry experience.
* Proven sales ability with $20MM+ annual production in the last 3 years.
* Marketing and risk management experience.
* Strong credit and commercial lending skills.
* Knowledge of financial statements and loan structuring.
* Understanding of the SBA Loan Program.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Active referral network preferred.
